Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for each each of our courses are listed in our prospectus, and on the course pages online. They indicate the grade or UCAS tariff points you are likely to need for each course.

More information about the UCAS tariff can be found on the UCAS website.

If you are studying for a qualification not listed on the UCAS site, please contact us for advice.

Where ‘A2’ is used in the prospectus, this means that the points must come from A-levels or equivalent (e.g. BTEC extended diploma) but not from AS-levels. Many courses will also ask for specific subjects at GCSE and/or A-level or equivalent. Where GCSE subjects are required you will always need at least a grade C or grade 4, and for some courses, you’ll need higher grades. For the majority of foundation years, we will consider a grade D or grade 3.
