Entry Requirements
UG: Undergraduate (Top-Up)
UK Honours degree 2:2 (or equivalent) in any discipline associated with the construction and property industry.
Or, corporate membership of a construction of property-related professional body (eg RICS, RIAS, CIOB).
Applicants without a formal degree level qualification or strong qualifications in unrelated disciplines maybe accepted on to the PGD program subject to relevant industry experience.
Note:
If students have not IELTS, we can arrange Internal English Test as like as IELTS with no extra cost.
PG Courses – Entry Requirements:
- 2:2 (second class) honours degree from a UK university or its equivalent
- Professional qualifications may also be accepted
- IELTS 6.5 (or above) with no single element below 5.5 or equivalent
Dates & Deadlines
We strongly recommend that you submit your application as early as possible to allow you to complete all the preparations needed to study your chosen programme. After receiving an offer it can take time to arrange your finances and apply for your visa (if applicable) and it is important that you arrive in good time to enrol onto your course.
